All products are sold with a twenty (20) day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our products within twenty (20) days after your purchase, then Eventide will give you a refund of your purchase price.
All return requests must be made within twenty (20) days of purchase, after twenty (20) days, all sales are considered final. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and products must be returned prior to receiving a refund.
